We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship our products to you. We are unable to ship to APO, FPO, DPO, EPO addresses and Freight Forwarders.

Shortages or Damage During Transit: We double check every order for accuracy and use extreme care in packaging your order. In the unlikely event that your order gets damaged during shipment or is missing an item, notice must be given to us within 72 hours of delivery. You can contact our customer service representatives at 855-880-0900 for further instructions. You must retain any damaged items and packaging.
Free Shipping Promotions
At times, we offer free ground shipping to qualified orders within the United States. If free shipping is selected, regardless of the carrier and method selected at checkout, Mile High Net Stores LLC reserves the right to utilize any carrier and shipping method in order to most efficiently deliver your order. If your order qualifies for free shipping, you may choose shipping options other than ground delivery to expedite your order. These options are provided at an additional cost shown at checkout.
Refused and Returned Deliveries
Any package that is refused or returned to sender will have all return shipping charges, customs fees and duties deducted before any refund will be provided.
